This is NOT an offer to sell a Franchise to anyone in NY, or other State in the USA, elsewhere or otherwise::
By New York Laws we must register before even advertising this opportunity as a Franchise opportunity; so all we are looking to do is get a feel for the viability of such a venture.
As a registered & IRS approved Not-For-Profit we are entertaining the idea of franchising, but the legal-cost is very high and we are ONLY 'fishing' to see if there are other Spiritual craftsmen/craftswomen interested. We restore historic church windows, woodwork, and we're just now expanding into historic limestone-mortar re-pointing/restoration.
#1. The historic churches we work on are Houses of God and are treated as such regardless of their exacting Faith. We all worship God . . .
#2. We do give these churches estimates but more often; the estimate is higher than the actual cost and this is reflected in the final invoice.
#3. We charge these churches for labor, materials, overhead, utilities, insurances, transportation, accounting, payroll costs, and other costs directly associated with our not-for-profit purpose AT EXACT COST.
If you want to help historic churches and take great joy in doing God's Work by restoring His Houses, you will make a living while doing what you love. Complete training in 1000 year old, Traditional European Restoration would be provided as well as complete support after training.

The first of several large American opalescent windows. We added 5 structural T-bars to this double lancet window to break up each 33" x 130" single panel. Now this window will last many many generations with a little maintenance.

We've restored all of the lovely windows by H.J. Horwood circa 1915 / 1920. Project started November 2009 and finished July 2010.

Massena Emanuell Congregational

Massena, NY
A fire did huge damage to this historic church. The firemen went THROUGH this lovely window by 'Horwood' which we restored from an old photograph.
